With over 35 years of combined experience, they have dedicated their careers to creating unforgettable moments through music, entertainment, and personalized event services.

Their story began while working together at The Chrysler Museum of Art in 2008, leading to their own dream wedding and a partnership that has helped countless couples, businesses, and partygoers bring their events to life—whether through Shawn’s expert DJ and emcee skills, Boardwalk Entertainment’s award-winning photo booths and lighting design, or Carolyn's planning and coordinating services through

Since 1989, Shawn has been spinning tunes and creating unforgettable moments in Hampton Roads. He’s known for his personal touch and fantastic customer service. Spotting a gap in the market, Shawn & Carolyn introduced photo booth rentals to the area in 2009, blending music and memories in a unique way. He's a go-to DJ in Coastal Virginia, available for select bookings through 2026, ensuring every wedding or special event is a dance and photo-filled celebration.
